  Attention Applicants:

  You can now make payments to the Building Department in person by Credit Card, Check made payable to Town of Orangetown or Cash. There is a minimum $2.50 service charge which will appear as a separate line on your credit card statement. Please note any transaction above $63.29 will be charged a service fee of 3.95% of that transaction amount. Photo identification (Driver’s License or Passport) is required to pay by credit card.

  Building Permit Application **Note Must be printed on legal size paper (8.5″ x 14″).  Letter size will not be accepted.
  Please note that incomplete applications cannot be accepted. To verify what is required to submit a building permit application please call the office to review the scope of work with a member of our department.
