NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Verizon New York, Inc and the Town of Orangetown, New York.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Orangetown will hold a Public Hearing on August 20, 2024 at 7:05 pm at the Town Hall, 26 W Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, New York. Regarding the granting of a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Orangetown and Verizon New York Inc.
A copy of the cable television franchise agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town Clerk’s Office, 26 W Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, New York.
At such public hearing all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement as necessary.
