Games of Chance License$25.00 for each scheduled games of chance license period.
Handicapped Parking Permits Letter from Doctor or DMV Form (completed by a doctor) and Driver's License or DMV Non-Driver's License ID.
Hawking and Peddling License DMV Photo ID, Orangetown Police Dept. background check (by appointment only 845-359-3700), three (3) passport size photos, Certificate from R.C. Health Dept., Authorized Letter from sponsoring Company on their letterhead. Fees: $300 per Orangetown resident and $400 per non-Orangetown resident.
Marriage License Documents Required: Original or Certified Copy of Birth Certificate, or Naturalization Certificate, or Baptismal Certificate, or Green Card Visa. PLUS one of the following photo ID: DMV Driver's License, Non-Driver's License ID, Passport or Work ID. If other than your 1st marriage, you must bring Divorce Papers or Certified Death certificate. If any of the documents are NOT IN ENGLISH, they MUST BE TRANSLATED by a PROFESSIONAL TRANSLATOR. FEE: $40.00 payable by cash, debit or credit card. Once the MARRIAGE license is issued, you cannot get married within the first 24 hours. License is Valid for 60 days.
Marriage Ceremony: $100 Town Hall Fee by Appointment Only.
Pearl River Parking Permits Municipal Parking Lots: Lot 1 (behind Joe & Joe's Restaurant); Lot 2 (William St & Franklin Ave); Lot 3 (E Washington Ave & N William St).

Requirements: Valid DMV Driver's License, Automobile Liability Insurance, Current Motor Vehicle Registration

Municipal Parking Lot Permit:
Full Year - $110.00 (Do Not Feed Meters); Half Year $55.00 (Do Not Feed Meters)

Merchant Parking Permit:
Option #1: $10.00 plus Feed the Meters - $1.00 (every Nine Hours)
Merchant Permit Option #2: Municipal Parking Lots - Full Year $110.00 (Do Not Feed Meters) or Half Year $55.00 (Do Not Feed Meters).

Resident Parking Permit:
Requirements: NYS Driver's License, Proof of Residency (Deed, Lease, or Utility Bill), Automobile Liability Insurance, Vehicle Registration.

Resident Parking Twenty-Four Hours/Seven Days a Week Parking - $300 Full Year - $150 Half Year.

Resident Overnight Parking (from 10pm-9am)-$200 Full Year

Seasonal Resident Overnight Parking (November 15th - April 15th, 10pm-9am) $100.00 - NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING.
Certificate of Registration (Sewer Work) $250.00 per year (contact DEME for application 845-359-5100 x4299)
Sanitation Licenses$100.00 per application + $150.00 per vehicle (contact Highway Dept. 845-359-5100 x4501)
Video License$35.00 per game
