This Special Town Board Meeting was opened at 7:03 p.m. Supervisor Kleiner presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll. Present were:

Councilwoman Marie Manning

Councilwoman Nancy Low-Hogan

Councilman Michael Maturo

Absent: Councilman Denis Troy

Also present: Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk

Eileen Schlag, Personnel

Catherine Dodge, Orangetown Parks Development Advisory Committee

Ann Marie Uhl, Youth Recreation Assessment Advisory Committee

John Clifford, Blue Hill Golf Course Advisory Committee

Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk, led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

RESOLUTION NO. 100 ENTER STBM/INTERVIEWS SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION

Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:

RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board meeting at 7:03 p.m. to hold interviews for the position of Superintendent of Parks and Recreation.

RESOLUTION NO. 101 ADJOURNED

Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Manning and was unanimously adopted:

RESOLVED, that the Town Board adjourned this Special Town Board Meeting at 10:30 p.m.
