This Workshop Meeting was opened at 8:00 p.m. Deputy Supervisor Ryff presided and the Deputy Town Clerk called the roll.

Deputy Supervisor Ryff
Absent: Supervisor Andrew Stewart

RESOLUTION NO. 418 ENTERED WORKSHOP MEETING
Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 8:00 p.m., the Town Board entered the Workshop to discuss and review Agenda items, 1 thru 18.
Ayes: Councilpersons Valentine, Troy, Diviny, Bottari
Noes: None
Absent: Supervisor Stewart

RESOLUTION NO. 419 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Deputy Supervisor Ryff, Councilpersons Troy, Diviny, Valentine and Bottari, and Teresa Kenny.
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Bottari and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 8:25 p.m., the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss a potential employee disciplinary action. Deputy Supervisor Ryff said no further votes will be taken.
Ayes: Councilpersons Diviny, Bottari, Troy, Valentine
Noes: None
Absent: Supervisor Stewart

RESOLUTION NO. 420 RE-ENTERED WORKSHOP AND ADJOURNED
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 8:26p.m., the Town Board re-entered the Workshop and adjourned.
