Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Orangetown in Town Hall, Court Room I, 26 West Orangeburg Road, New York, on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 7:30 p.m., at which time and place the Planning Board will consider the following agenda items:

PB #17-06: Organic Recycling Site Plan: The application of Organic Recycling, applicant, for Karen Guttman, Shari Linderbaum & Anna Jacobwitz, owners, for Final Site Plan Review at a site known as “Organic Recycling Site Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 121 Route 303, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.19, Block 1, Lot 3 in the LI zoning district.

THIS ITEM WILL NOT BE HEARD AT THE JANUARY 25, 2017 PLANNING BOARD MEETING. IT HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO A FUTURE MEETING: PB #17-07: Xing Minor Subdivision Plan: The application of Dan Lu and Xiaoshi Xing, owners, for Prepreliminary/ Preliminary Subdivision Plan Review at a site to be known as “Xing Minor Subdivision Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown and to determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. The site is located at 676 Oak Tree Road, Palisades, located in the Palisades Historic Area, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 78.17, Block 2, Lot 16 in the R-40 zoning district.

PB #16-74: Kolb Subaru Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit, a continued item: The application of Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, owner, at a site located in the Route 303 Overlay Zone for Prepreliminary/ Preliminary Site Plan review and a Conditional Use Permit, at a site to be known as “Kolb Subaru Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the Code of the Town of Orangetown and to determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. The site is located at 582 Route 303, Blauvelt, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 70.14, Block 4, Lot 12 in the CC zoning district.

PB #16-73: Maloney Minor Subdivision: The application of Michael Maloney, owner, for Prepreliminary/ Preliminary Subdivision Plan Review at a site to be known as “Maloney Minor Subdivision Plan” in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown and to determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. The site is located at 60 Fisher Avenue, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 68.11, Block 2, Lot 70 in the R-15 zoning district.
