William Walther, Acting Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. OTHER BUSINESS on this meeting’s agenda, which are made a part of this meeting, were held as noted below:

 

 

HABR# 09-03: Application of Eugene Kohn for review of the proposed paint colors for the previously approved new barn/garage and alteration to the existing single family residence located at 27 HeyHoe Road, in the Town of Orangetown, Hamlet of Palisades, New York. Chapter 12, Section 12-4(A), Historic Areas Board of Review.

Tax Numbers: 78.17 / 2 / 15.3; R-40 zoning district.

 

A motion was made by Margaret Raso to accept the colors gray lake Benjamin Moore #2138-70  for the house and Aged Pine (Lowe’s paint #6011-5)for the house shutters and Benjamin Moore #2005-10 (red rock) for the barn and Benjamin Moore #7006-1 Jefferson White for the trim on the barn; which motion was seconded by Scott Wheatley and carried unanimously.

 

 

THE DECISIONS RELATED TO THE ABOVE HEARINGS are inserted herein and made part of these minutes.

 

There being no further business to come before the Board, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjoined at  7:45  P.M.
