Film in Orangetown

Welcome!                                                                                                                                   Submit your Film Permit Application

In case you are unfamiliar or it has been awhile, Orangetown is located just across the Mario Cuomo Bridge in Rockland County, NY. Conveniently within the film zone, Orangetown is made up of a number of hamlets including: Blauvelt, Sparkill, Orangeburg, Pearl River, Palisades, Upper Grandview and Tappan.

Our online Film Permit Application can be found here.

Every permit application must be accompanied with a signage removal letter, which can be found here.  Thank you.

Orangetown Permit Fees can be found here.

A library of Town property available for filming can be found here (this library will continue to grow, not all properties have been photographed): https://bit.ly/2TOBvHf

In addition to our album above, Pfizer Studios has some pretty awesome 3D photos to share of their studios, which can be found here.

Unique town owned locations include our town hall (includes court room, town board room, multiple offices, hallways, mid-century architecture, and an old, unused police station with a jail cell.) Nike Overlook Park (secluded roadways, two unused buildings, wooded mountain terrain, and enough room for base camp), The Mansion at Blue Hill, and our Water Treatment facility.

In addition to parks and buildings, Orangetown also has several quaint downtowns and a train station.
