SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
THURSDAY, MARCH 10, 2016
This Special Town Board Meeting was opened at 12:32 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk, called the roll. Present were:
Councilman Thomas Diviny
Councilman Paul Valentine
Councilman Gerald Bottari
Absent: Councilman Denis Troy
Also present: Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk
John Edwards, Town Attorney
Jeff Bencik, Finance Director
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America was led by the Town Board.
RESOLUTION NO. 157 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION LEGAL COUNSEL/STEJ AND NEW YORK CITY FOOTBALL CLUB
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 12:50 p.m. the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss legal matters with STEJ and the New York City Football Club.

Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Bottari and was unanimously adopted:
