This Workshop Meeting was opened at 8:15 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Prin. Registry Clerk called the roll.

Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America was led by the Town Board.
Carol LaValle, Historic Districts Committee, presented zoning code changes and clarification to the Historic Districts regulations (Exhibit 02-D-17).
Gordon Miller, OMM Soccer, described OMM’s purchase offer and preliminary site plan (Exhibit 02-E-17), for Lot #1 of the Rockland Psychiatric Center (RPC) Campus.
RESOLUTION NO. 112 ENTERED WORKSHOP MEETING
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 8:15 p.m., the Town Board entered the Workshop to discuss and review Agenda items, 1 thru 25.

RESOLUTION NO. 113 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilpersons Troy, Diviny, Valentine and Bottari, John Edwards, Teresa Kenny, Jeff Bencik and Joseph Moran.
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Bottari and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 9:30 p.m. the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss the CSEA Contract and the DEME Chief Operator. Supervisor Stewart said no further votes will be taken.

RESOLUTION NO. 114 RE-ENTERED WORKSHOP/ADJOURNED
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 10:03 pm, the Town Board re-entered the Workshop and adjourned.
