POLICE COMMISSION MEETING

EXECUTIVE SESSION/WORKSHOP/BUDGET MEETING

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2012

 

This Police Commission Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

 

Present were:  Councilman Thomas Diviny

Councilman Thomas Morr

Councilman Paul Valentine

Absent:           Councilman Denis Troy

 

Also present:

 

Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk

Robert Zimmerman, Police Captain

 

 

RESOLUTION NO.             411                                          ENTERED POLICE COMMISSION

 

Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered this meeting to discuss upcoming special events, at 7:00 p.m.

 

Ayes:               Councilmen Valentine, Morr, Diviny

Supervisor Stewart

Noes:               None

Absent:            Councilman Troy

RESOLUTION NO.             412                                          ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy (arrived at 8:17 pm), Diviny, Morr and Valentine and Robert Zimmerman.

 

Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss Police personnel, at 8:15 p.m.

 

Ayes:               Councilmen Diviny, Morr, Valentine

Supervisor Stewart

Noes:               None

Absent:            Councilman Troy

RESOLUTION NO. 413                                          ENTERED WORKSHOP/BUDGET MEETING

 

In attendance, at the Workshop and Budget Meetings, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Diviny, Morr and Valentine, Charlotte Madigan, Rose Maiorano, Ann Maestri, Robert Simon, Eileen Schlag, Anthony Bevelacqua, Aric Gorton, John Edwards, and Teresa Kenny.

 

Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop/Budget Meeting, at 8:20 p.m.

 

Ayes:               Councilmen Diviny, Valentine, Troy, Morr

Noes:               None

RESOLUTION NO.             414                                          RE-ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Diviny, Morr and Valentine and John Edwards and Teresa Kenny.

 

Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered Executive Session to discuss personnel matters, at 10:15 p.m.

 

Ayes:               Councilmen Diviny, Morr, Troy, Valentine

RESOLUTION NO. 415                                          RE-ENTERED WORKSHOP AND ADJOURNMENT

 

Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered the Workshop and adjourned, at 10:40 p.m.
