EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Whalen presided and the Town Clerk called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 192 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION LEGAL MATTERS
Supervisor Whalen offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Executive Session to discuss legal matters at 8:55 p.m.
