RESOLUTION NO. 719 ENTER STBM/SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting, to schedule a public hearing at 8:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 720 SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING QUALIFICATIONS/DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT & ENGINEERING
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that a public hearing for a local law regarding the qualifications for appointment of the Director of Environmental Management & Engineering is scheduled for December 14, 2010 at 9:30 p.m.

Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered this meeting to discuss Police matters and to hold the Orangetown Youth Court Graduation, at 7:00 p.m.
