HOUSE AND GROUNDS RULES  GENERAL   
1.       
All  members  of  the  Club  are  responsible   for  themselves,  their  families, 
and  their  guests  for  compliance  with  these  Rules.  V iolators  may  be 
subject to penalties as specified under "Misconduct " in the By-Laws. 
2.    All  members  must  register  their  guests   other  than  members  of  their 
immediate  family.    Each  member  is  responsible  for  t he  conduct  of  his 
guest  while  they  are  on  Club  premises.    Guests  may  n ot  use  Club 
facilities unless accompanied by a Club member. 
3.      Guest  privileges   are  extended  to  members  of  other  recognized  Yacht  or 
Boat Clubs upon signing the guest register. 
4.    Children  under  14  years  of  age   must  be  under  effective  supervision  of  a 
responsible  adult  at  all  times  while  on  Club  proper ty.    Children  under  18 
years of age must vacate Club premises by 9:00 PM u nless accompanied 
by a member. 
5.    Interior  furniture   is  not  to  be  taken  out  of  the  Clubhouse  except  for   a 
scheduled  Club  event  and  with  the  explicit  approval   of  a  member  of  the 
Board of Governors. 
6.    Dogs  are  not  allowed   on  Club  property  except  on  leash  being taken  direc tly 
to or from a boat. 
7.   No member is allowed  to use the Club for commercial purposes, except wi th 
the permission of Board of Governors. 
8.    Members  are  expected   to  turn  out  lights,  lock  Clubhouse  doors,  and  fenc e 
gates when leaving at any time except between 8:00  AM and 8:00 PM on 
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during the boating  season. 
9.     The Clubhouse pedestrian gate  should be kept closed at all times. 
10.   The  parking  facilities  adjacent  to  the  northwest  c orner  of  the  Clubhouse 
are for the use of Club officers only. 
11.   Parking  is not  permitted  along  the  North  driveway  at  any  time  or  the South 
driveway between May 1 and October 31. 
12.  Parking  facilities  in  the  southwest  corner   of  the  property  are  for  general 
member  usage.    Vehicles  should  be  parked  so  that  th ey  do  not  prevent 
other members from entering or leaving; if this can not be done, members 
must  either   leave  keys  in  the  car  or  deposit  them  with  the  Sna ck  Bar 
attendant. 
13.  Any event of social or business nature  which is not a regular Club function 
or  one  of  its  constituted  fleets,  and  involves  the  use  of  Club  facilities  and 
the attendance of more than ten non-members may be  held only with the 
prior approval by the Board of Governors. 
14.  All refuse , including empty cans and bottles, must be deposit ed in the proper 
receptacles.    All  refuse  brought  from  boats  must  be   deposited  in 
containers in the northwest corner of the property.  
15.    It  is  the  responsibility   of  a  group  sponsoring  any  activity  on  Club  propert y 
to  insure  that  the  Club  is  left  in  an  orderly  manne r.    This  includes  the 
kitchen,  sound  equipment,  furniture;  rubbish  is  to  be  removed  to  the 
dumpster in the northwest corner of the property. 
16.  Members,  their  families,  and  guests  are  requested  to  dress   in  a 
conservative  manner  in  and  around  the  upper  Clubhou se  area.    Shirts 
must be worn, and bathing suits must be covered. 
17.  Members  are  responsible   for  reporting  any  observed  vandalism  or  misuse 
of Club property to a member of the Board of Governo rs. 
18.  Members  will  be  required   to  reimburse  the  Club  for  any  property  damaged 
through misuse.
