NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that. pursuant to resolution of the Town Board, duly adopted on March 13, 2018, a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Orangetown on the 10th day of April, 2018, at 8:00 PM, at Orangetown Town Hall, 26 Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, New York, to consider the joint applications of FB Greenbush, LLC, FB Orangetown Retail LLC, FB Orangetown Retail Two LLC, FB Orangetown Retail Three LLC, FB Orangetown Hotel LLC, and FB Orangetown Hotel Two LLC, for 1) an amendment to the (i) the existing Mixed Use expansion Special Permit for the Parcel designated Section 74.15, Block 1, Lot 22; and (ii) an amendment to the existing Mixed Use Development Special Permit for the abutting Parcels designated Section 74.15, Block 1, Lots 21.11; 21.112; 21.1/3; 21.1/4; and 21.1 /5, allowing development of a Child Day-Care Center on Parcel 74.15, Block 1, Lot 22. Copies of the proposed local law, and related documents and filings are available for inspection at Town Hall, during regular business hours.
