Notice is hereby given that the Town of Orangetown Planning Board will hold a meeting on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York.  At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following items:

 

PB #20-06: Thomas Aquinas College Dormitory Site Plan: The application of Joseph Donni, applicant for St. Thomas Aquinas College, owner, for a Recommendation to the Town Board to Establish the Value and Term of the Performance Bond a site to be known as “St. Thomas Aquinas College Dormitory Site Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the Code of the Town of Orangetown.  The site is located at 125 Route 340, Sparkill, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.12, Block 1, Lot 29 and Section 74.16, Block 1, Lot 1 in the R-40 zoning district.

 

PB #20-07: Maloney Minor Subdivision: The application of Michael Maloney, owner, for Two 90 Day Extensions to file the Subdivision Plat with the Rockland County Clerk’s Office at a site to be known as “Maloney Minor Subdivision Plan” in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 60 Fisher Avenue, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 68.11, Block 2, Lot 70 in the R-15 zoning district.

PB #19-20: 1050 Route 9W Site Plan – Critical Environmental Area, a continued item: The application of Cornielle Real State, owner, for a Prepreliminary/ Preliminary/ Final Site Plan Review. The site is be known as “1050 Route 9W Site Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the Code of the Town of Orangetown.  The Planning Board shall also determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.  The site is located at 1050 Route 9W, Upper Grandview, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 71.09, Block 1, Lot 28; in theR-22 zoning district.

 

PB #19-78: Chizinski Subdivision Plan, a continued item: The application of Jan Chizinski, owner, for Prepreliminary/ Preliminary/ Final Subdivision Plan Review.  The site is to be known as “Chizinski Subdivision Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown.  The Planning Board shall also determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.  The site is located at 317 Orangeburg Road, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 69.17, Block 2, Lot 42; in the

R-15 zoning district.

 

PB #20-09: 89 Western Highway Playground Site Plan: The application of Rohel Vintimilla, applicant, for The Noble 9th German Masonic Park, owner, for a Prepreliminary/ Preliminary/ Final Site Plan Review. The site is to be known as “89 Western Highway Playground Site Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The Planning Board shall also determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.  The site is located at 89 Western Highway, Tappan, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 77.06, Block 3, Lot 13; in the R-15 zoning district.

 

PB #20-10: Hyun Plan – Critical Environmental Area: The application of Mikyong Hyun, owner, for a Prepreliminary/ Preliminary/ Final Site Plan Review.  The site is to be known as “Hyun Plan”, located in the Critical Environmental Area, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The Planning Board shall also determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.  The site is located at 161 Tweed Boulevard, Sparkill, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 75.09, Block 1, Lot 3; in the R-22 zoning district.

 

PB #20-11: Linen Choice Site Plan Amendment – Stream Diversion Plan: (POSTPONED BY APPLICANT)The application of Linen Choice, applicant for EJR Realty LLC, owner, for Prepreliminary/ Preliminary/ Final Site Plan Amendment to PB#18-10 Review. The  site is known as “Linen Choice Site Plan Amendment – Stream Division Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The Planning Board shall also determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.  The site is located at 57 North Troop Road/Glenshaw Street, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 70.18, Block 2, Lot 17; in the LI zoning district.
