Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the Architecture and

Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland

County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road,

Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2018.  At the

Public meeting the Board shall consider the following items:

ACABOR #18-52: Schneider Garage Plan: The application of Roger Schneider, owner, for review of a garage plan at a site known as “Schneider Garage Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 425 Oak Tree Road, Tappan, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 77.20, Block 1, Lot 14 in the R-15 zoning district.

ACABOR #18-53: Bul Kwang Zen Center Site Plan: The application Bul Kwang Sa, Inc., owner, for the review of Site Plans at a site known as “Bul Kwang Zen Center Site Plan”, located in the Tappan Historic District, accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 104 Route 303, Tappan, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 77.07, Block 1, Lot 2 in the LO zoning district.

ACABOR #18-54: Falzon Garage Plan: The application of Peter Falzon, owner, for review of  a car garage plan at a site known as “Falzon Garage Plan” in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 105 Gatto Lane, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 68.07, Block 2, Lot 37 in the R-15 zoning district.

ACABOR #18-55: Tappan Zee Barber Shop Sign Plan: The application of Westshore Plaza, LLC, owner, for review of a sign plan at a site to be known as “Tappan Zee Barber Shop Sign Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at Westshore  Plaza Shopping Center, Blauvelt, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 70.14, Block 4, Lot 13 in the CC zoning district.

ACABOR #18-56: 340 Blauvelt Road Plans: The application of Chalet Suisse Home Improvements, applicant for Dream Home Solutions, owner, for review of Site/Structure plans at a site to be known as “340 Blauvelt Road Plans”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 340 Blauvelt Road, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 69.13, Block 2, Lot 18.1 in the R-15 zoning district.
