NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Orangetown, duly adopted at a meeting held on February 9, 2021, a Public Hearing will be held before the Town Board on the 9th day of March, 2021, 7:05 pm, at Town Hall, 26 W. Orangeburg Rd., Orangeburg, New York 10962. This public hearing is to consider the adoption of a Local Law, amending Town Code, Sections 9-5(A) and 9-6(B) concerning dog impoundment fees and deleting unnecessary language.
A copy of the proposed Local Law may be examined by any interested party at the Office of the Town Clerk, and is also accessible for review on the Town of Orangetown’s website at www.Orangetown.com.
At the time of the hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
