Tee-Time Reservation Information
Tee-time reservations can be made through the automated system as follows:
Weekdays and Weekends:
Registered Orangetown Residents – Eight (8) days in advance.
Associate/Corporate Members – Five (5) days in advance.
Non-Residents – Three (3) days in advance. (non-residents will not have access to the TeleTrac system)
The automated tee time system will permit bookings beginning at 12:00 a.m. as per the days stated above.
Making Reservations Online:
The online tee-time reservation system can be found at Parks.Orangetown.com.
Resident, associate or corporate members in the Town of Orangetown, will use their household I.D. as their login and their last name as their password. They will have the ability to change their password the first time they use the system.
Non-registered golfers, can choose “guest” and secure a starting time. They will need a valid credit card number to complete the transaction. Non-residents will not be able to access the TeleTrac system.
Making Reservations through TeleTrac (automated phone system):
The automated phone system (Teletrac) may be reached by calling 845-680-9405.
Only resident, associate or corporate members in the Town of Orangetown will be able to utilize the automated phone system. They will use their 9 digit Key FOB ID to login.
General Rules:
+ Automated tee-times must be made for two (2), three (3) or four (4) golfers. Single players will secure tee times through the pro shops.
+ Phone reservations (not automated) can be made no earlier than 1 day in advance.
+ Only one tee-time reservation can be accepted per internet inquiry.
+ A credit card will be required to hold all automated tee-time reservations made by unregistered golfers.
+ Course management will continue to book tee-times for both tournament and league play.
+Tee times will not be permitted in the automated system beginning at 11:59 p.m. one day prior to the day of play. (Example: The system will not accept tee times for Saturday after 11:59 p.m. on Thursday.) Golfers will be permitted no more than two (2) tee times per day, provided they are no less than 6 hours apart.
No-Show/Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made through the pro shop within 24 hrs. of the scheduled tee-time. Repeated no shows without cancellation could result in a revocation of system access.
Miscellaneous:
Please note, when booking a tee time through the automated system for Blue Hill Golf Course, you will be asked to select a starting course. You will choose between Pines, Woodlands or Lakeside. Course staff will make every effort to honor this request, however, your starting location may change due to course conditions.
