Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,

Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush

Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 P.M. on

WEDNESDAY, May 14, 2008, and if necessary, May 15, 2008.

Tax Map Numbers: 77.10/1/20.1, R-15 zone. Prepreliminary/Preliminary/Final

Subdivision Plan Review and to determine the environmental significance of the

application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental

Quality Review Act.
