NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, ORANGETOWN PLANNING BOARD.

Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,

Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush

Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 P.M. on

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12, 2008, and if necessary, March 13, 2008.

At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following

items:

PB #08-13: Orange and Rockland Utilities - Tappan Substation Plans: Oak

Tree Road, Tappan, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 77.15/1/31, LIO zone.

Prepreliminary/Preliminary Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit Review and to

determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the

requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.

PB #08-14: Orangeburg Racquet Club Site Plan: 37 Ramland Road,

Orangeburg, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 77.05/1/1, LIO zone.

Prepreliminary/Preliminary Site Plan Review and to

determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the

requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.
