NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, ORANGETOWN PLANNING BOARD.

Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,

Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush

Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on

WEDNESDAY, June 25, 2008, and if necessary, June 26, 2008.

At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following

items:

York., Tax Map Numbers: 64.20/1/3, R-40 zone. Recommendation to the Town

Board to Establish the Value and Term of the Performance Bond.

PB #08-36: Wyeth Site Plan- Building 215A: Middletown Road, Pearl River,

New York. Tax Map Numbers: 68.08/1/1, LI zone. Prepreliminary/Preliminary

Site Plan Review and to determine the environmental significance of the

application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental

Quality Review Act.

PB #08-37: Interdenominational Christian Fellowship of U.S. Plans: 23

Stephens Lane, Tappan, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 77.10/3/57, R-15 zone.

Final Site Plan and Change of Use/Site Plan Review.
