NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, ORANGETOWN PLANNING BOARD.

Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,

Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush

Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 P.M. on

WEDNESDAY, June 11, 2008, and if necessary, June 12, 2008.

At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following

items:

PB #08-17: Sunset Homes Minor Subdivision Plan, a continued item: 45

Sunset Road, Blauvelt, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 70.09/2/23, R-15 zone.

Prepreliminary/Preliminary Subdivision Plan Review and to

determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the

requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.

PB #08-34: Orangeburg Commons Site Plan: Route 303 and Stevens Way,

Orangeburg, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 74.15/1/21, LI zone. Request to

Amend the Final Planning Board Approved Site Plan and to Eliminate/Override

Selected Conditions of PB#08-30; 5/14/08.
