NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, ORANGETOWN PLANNING BOARD.

Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,

Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush

Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 P.M. on

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2008, and if necessary, February 28, 2008.

At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following

items:

PB #07-63: Sickletown Woods Subdivision Plan: Sickletown Road,

Orangeburg, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 69.08/1/1, R-40 zone. Road

Dedication/Water Detention Pond Plan Review.

PB #08-11: Bradley Corporate Park - Building 8 Amendment to Approved

Site Plan: 100 Corporate Drive, Blauvelt, New York. Tax Map Numbers:

65.18/1/6, LI & LIO zone. Amendment to Approved Site Plan and to

determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the

requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.

PB #08-12: Blickman Subdivision: 15 Sickletown Road, Pearl River, New

York; (also known as Jacqueney Subd.). Tax Map Numbers: 69.19/1/25; R-40

zone. Request for a Second 90 Day Extension to File the Subdivision Plat with

the Rockland County Clerk's Office.
