NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, ORANGETOWN PLANNING BOARD.

Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,

Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush

Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 P.M. on

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2008, and if necessary, February 14, 2008.

At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following

items:

PB #07-63: Sickletown Woods Subdivision Plan: Sickletown Road,

Orangeburg, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 69.08/1/1, R-40 zone. Road

Dedication/Water Detention Pond Plan Review.

PB #07-67: Interdenominational Christian Fellowship of U.S. Plans, a

continued item: 23 Stephens Lane, Tappan, New York. Tax Map Numbers:

77.10/3/57, R-15 zone. Prepreliminary/Preliminary Change of Use/Site Plan

Review and to determine the environmental significance of the application

pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality

Review.

PB #08-08: Boyle Minor Subdivision: 55 Terrace Lane, Blauvelt, New

York. Tax Map Numbers: 70.14/1/24, R-15 zone. Reapproval of Final

Subdivision Plan and Recommendation to the Town Board to Establish the

Value and Term of the Performance Bond.

PB #07-44: Hillside Commercial Park Subdivision Plan, a continued item:

Route 304, Pearl River, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 68.16/1/1 and 68.11/3/39

& 40, LI zone, Prepreliminary/Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan and to

determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to

the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.

Review.

PB #07-45: Hillside Commercial Park Site Plan, a continued item: Route 304,

Pearl River, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 68.16/1/1 and 68.11/3/39 & 40, LI

zone, Prepreliminary/Preliminary Site Subdivision Plan and to determine the

environmental significance of the application pursuant to

the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.

Review.

PB #08-09: Driscoll Subdivision: 42 & 44 Crooked Hill Road, Pearl River, New

York. Tax Map Numbers: 68.12/2/5.1 & 5.2, RG zone. Recommendation to the

Town Board to have Performance Bond Called and for the Collateral of the Bond

being held in escrow to be used for the purpose of completing the outstanding

items.

PB #08-10: Hoffman Subdivision: 192 Ehrhart Road, Pearl River, New York.

Tax Map Numbers: 69.05/4/60, R-15 zone. Recommendation to the Town Board

to have Performance Bond Called and for the Collateral of the Bond being held

in escrow, in alternative, that appropriate litigation be commenced to seek a

money judgment against the applicant for funds necessary to complete the

project, to be used for the purpose of completing the outstanding items.
