NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, ORANGETOWN PLANNING BOARD.

Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,

Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush

Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 P.M. on

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9, 2008, and if necessary, April 10, 2008.

At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following

items:

PB #08-20: Verizon/NYNEX Properties Company: 2000 Corporate Drive & 40

Corporate Drive, Orangeburg, New York, LIO zone. Recommendation to the

Orangetown Town Board to Terminate Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and

zone. Prepreliminary/Preliminary Site Plan Review and to

determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the

requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.

PB #06-48: Tappan Golf Range Site Plan, a continued item: 1118 Route 303,

Tappan, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 74.19/1/1, LI zone.

Prepreliminary/Preliminary Site Plan Review and to determine the environmental

PB #07-57: Palladino Minor Subdivision Plan, a continued item: 636 North

zone. Prepreliminary/Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan Review and to

determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the

requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.
