NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, ORANGETOWN PLANNING BOARD.

Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,

Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush

Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 8:00 P.M. on

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 2008, and if necessary, April 24, 2008.

At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following

zone. Prepreliminary/Preliminary/Final Site Plan Review to comply with Note on

Filed Subdivision Plat and to determine the environmental significance of the

application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental

Quality Review Act.

determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the
