NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, ORANGETOWN PLANNING BOARD.

Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,

Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush

Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 P.M. on

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2007, and if necessary, October 25, 2007.

At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following

Extension to file the Subdivision Plat with the Rockland County Clerk's Office.

zone. Recommendation to the Town Board to Release the Performance Bond.

PB #07-61: Adelstein Site Plan: 63 Tweed Blvd., Upper Grandview, New York,

in the Critical Environmental Area. Tax Map Numbers: 71.13/1/39, R-22 zone.

Prepreliminary/Preliminary/Final Site Plan Review and to

determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the

requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.

in the Critical Environmental Area. Tax Map Numbers: 71.17/1/22, R-22 zone.

Prepreliminary/Preliminary/Final Site Plan Review and to

determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the
