NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, ORANGETOWN PLANNING BOARD.

Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,

Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush

Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 P.M. on

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2007, and if necessary, November 15, 2007.

At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following

Performance Bond Term.

PB #07-67: Blickman Subdivision (Jacqueney Subd.): 15 Sickletown Road,

Pearl River, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 69.19/1/25, R-40 zone. Request for

the 1^st 90 Day Extension to File the Subdivision Plat with the Rockland County

Clerk's Office.

PB #07-44: Hillside Commercial Park Subdivision Plan, a continued item:

Route 304, Pearl River, New York. Tax Map Numbers: 68.16/1/1 and 68.11/3/39

& 40, LI zone, Prepreliminary/Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan and to

determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to

the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.
